Minutes of the meeting at the Overseas Hotel, Quanzhou, Fujian Province, Southern China for a planned event for September 2013 (dates to be confirmed). The event will be a competition to coincide with the annual Mid-Autumn Festival to which the Chinese government will be adding considerable financial support.
