It was stated in the glossary of the “Fundamentals of Nan Shaolin Wuzuquan” volume one that:
Bai Yu Feng (白玉峰) was the man responsible for the creation of Wuzuquan and the father of ‘Five Shape Boxing’.
We acknowledge that even though this has been clearly explained earlier in the book that this shortened glossary classification could be misconstrued to infer that Bai Yu Feng was the creator of Wuzuquan when in fact he was responsible for advising the five great grandmasters to combine their individual arts into one system of martial arts.
For clarity this will be amended in future volumes to read:
Bai Yu Feng (白玉峰) was the man responsible for the conception of Wuzuquan by advising the five great grandmasters to combine their individual arts into one system. Bai Yu Feng is also known as the father of ‘Five Shape Boxing’.
