Overview: Sanzhan Form, Partner Catching Set, Pushing Hands, Conditioning and Practical Applications. The purpose of this course is to use as many partners as possible to improve the Sanzhan partner set (Catching) as a tool for practicing the 'Sensing' of an opponents intent, direction, tension, timing, and technique in both parties. The mind (Yi) must learn the ability so 'Sense' from constant and varied practice with many partners to detect in real time and take appropriate action.

We, the UK and Europe Branch of the International Nan Shaolin Wuzuquan Union, have been invited to the meeting and competition in Jakarta, Indonesia from the 8th to the 12th September 2023 inclusive (total £ TBC!!!).
There is an optional trip to Bali (total £ TBC!!). There will be a cost for uniform (combined total cost for all... £ TBC!!).
Our late Grandmaster Han would have liked to attend. Before he passed, he directed me to ask if any others would like to attend?

Wuzuquan (Five Ancestors Fist) Sanzhan (3 Battles) partner 'catching', pushing hands and applications course on Sunday the 30th April 2023 from 10am to 2pm.
